Refurbishment internally, new floors, new insulated ceiling, new underfloor heating with air-to-water pumps, refurbished windows, lime plastering internally and lime painted, new electrics, refurbished main sliding doors retaining existing timbers. Carrickamacross Lace Gallery took up one of the new units.
